Improve Efficiency Director Book Plus allows you to distribute information with a minimum of effort and time. Authorized people may upload authorized documents to the secure site with the provided Administrator Tool. Once the system is set up, subsequent meetings require only subsequent uploads.
Receive Feedback Director Book Plus automatically notifies you via email, and with a flexible logging system, what documents are downloaded and uploaded, by whom and when. This detailed notification permits shorter meetings, provides feedback on usefulness of information provided and increases director accountability.

Cost Setup fee is $15,000 and annual fee is $2,500. This setup fee includes custom design of your Director Book Plus as well as training your personnel to modify the system design. Additional systems within an organization have a setup fee of $2,000 and an annual fee of $1,000.
Flexibility A web based tool is provided to allow the organization to designate:
  • what documents may be uploaded, to whom each document is available and where each document falls in the table of contents -- an unlimited number of documents
  • documents may be PDF's, word processing, spreadsheets or any other file format
  • who may use the system -- an unlimited number of users
  • the topics and subtopics for the table of contents -- an unlimited number of topics and an unlimited number of subtopics per topic
  • who may upload documents and who may change the system -- an unlimited number of uploaders
  • meetings available in the system -- an unlimited number of meetings before they are archived
Security The system and access to the system are completely secure
  • All uploading and downloading of documents use 128 bit SSL encryption
  • Users login with a username and password maintained by them
  • All documents and other data is stored encrypted (128 bit) on the web site
  • Only users designated by the organization may use the system
  • Users may see only those documents designated by the organization
Feedback The system automatically notifies the organization via immediate email and web access logging system
  • when and what documents are downloaded by Users
  • when and what documents are uploaded to the web site by authorized Users
  • if some unauthorized person attempts to use the system
  • logging system allows sorting and filtering for customized reports
